Niky has been working for Strata for 5 years now and he climbed ladder from promoter to production manager. He started working as a production manager last year in September. His task contains talking to suppliers, making sure they deliver the right product. He also consult prices, materials and sizes of promotion stands and products needed for various events. He also has a great say in product designs, he consults concepts and explains his vision of the final merchandise. His approach to clients is always open, honest and truthful in every way, treating them like friends. Nowdays Niky manages most events for Strata, he uses his know-how in every step of the way and he helps keep colleagues in the office organized and balanced.
Niky’s favorite strata campaign for Dove
2018’s promotion called My Beauty. My Say was exceptional. The goal was to create a series of events and merchandise where Strata presented their idea – that every woman deserves to be on the magazine cover. They created a big mock-up of a magazine in a shopping mall, with women taking pictures in the front of it and in minutes, they got their personalized magazine with their picture on a cover! This way they wanted to break the conventional stereotype of female perfection on magazine’s cover. The campaign was accompanied by a micro-website, YouTube & Google and social media coverage with influencers, everything mobile friendly, as well as in-store installations and banners.
The goal for many marketers is to be empathetic with their target group and create a concept where your customers can relate to the product. Campaign involving emotions will leave a trace of impression in the costumer for a very long time. The magazine these women received will definitely leave trace just like that.
